Oriental Remedies Inc. (ORI) is a Ministry of Health Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board registered entity since 2013. We at Oriental Remedies Inc. aim to provide the best holistic care for our patients:

1) Healing powers of Traditional Chinese Medicine ( TCM) backed by thousands of years of research

2) Modern diagnostics using quantum technology to accurately pinpoint areas of wellness concerns in your body

3) Natural healing remedies – Chinese medical treatments ranging from herbal remedies, acupuncture, cupping, scrapping (gua sha), electro-lymphatic therapy and negative ions – we believe in getting to the root of the cause(s) of deficiencies.

Sales and Marketing Manager

 

Job description:

> Generate sales for wellness products and medical equipment by actively seeking out potential leads and closing them (commission based), including follow-up meetings and after sales service

> Improve patient flow and retention in TCM clinic – promote long-term patient care packages (commission based)

> Compile sales figures, metrics and key data reports monthly

> Support in the planning, coordination and execution in holistic wellness programmes/conferences/events

> Provide all sales admin and marketing assistance to the team members

> Support Creative Director for 3 business pillars to update website every 2 weeks, Social media calendar for ORI and 2 other business pillars – 2 posts/weekly for instagram/FB, Post weekly in 3 private groups

> Translate training materials from Mandarin to & from English

> Excellent selling and interpersonal skills

> Demonstrate ability to negotiate and communicate with patients and clients

> Able to work in a fast paced, results oriented environment

> Highly committed individual who is able to multi-task and meticulous with attention to detail

> Enthusiasm about the sales support role and has a goal-oriented disposition  

> Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure without compromising consistency in the process

 

Education, Qualifications and Training

> Minimum Polytechnic Diploma Holder

> Bilingual – Proficient English and Mandarin

> For new hires, relevant trainings will be provided to assist you in completing the job requirements. 

 

Literacy

> Proficient in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PPT)

Able to use web-based programmes to create marketing materials

> Proficient in English, both written and spoken

> Proficiency in other languages are highly appreciated
